Chelsea is one of London’s most prestigious areas, with excellent shops, restaurants and bars close by. There is a bus stop outside the residence and two underground stations nearby.

Laundry & Cleaning:
Bed linen is provided but students need to bring their own towels. Communal kitchens are cleaned three times per week. Students are responsible for cleaning their rooms, washing their own bed linen, as well as doing washing up in the kitchen. There is a laundry room. Room cleans can be booked and paid for (£12) after arrival directly with the residence.
Kitchen Facilities:
All single studios have a kitchen area with two-ring electric hob, combined oven/microwave, sink and fridge. Twin rooms have a fridge and microwave. There are two large, well-equipped kitchens with fridge/freezers, sinks, ovens, hobs, lockable cupboards, TV and seating area.
Internet Access:
Each room has data points with Internet access. All rooms and communal areas have Wi-Fi.
Other Facilities:
Lounge with Cable TV, laundry and 24 hour reception.
Deposit:
Credit Card Pre-Authorisation of £300 per person is made to Frances King by either credit or debit card prior to arrival. Payment will not be taken provided that the student leaves the accommodation in a satisfactory condition.
