A Unique Service

Prior to introducing our candidates to you, we will have developed a strong personal relationship with them during their 12 to 72 weeks of training with us. Whilst they are training with us and developing the skills that you require, we are gaining an understanding of their career aspirations and their personalities.

Client Visits

We will come and visit you at your organisation. We will get a feel for the environment that you work in and listen to your requirements enabling us to select the candidates with the most suitable profiles.
